How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to check delivery updates through Hongkong Post’s mail tracking service
Which Payment Types Do You Accept?
We accept all major payment cards by using Stripe as the payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card.
We also accept Alipay, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS (Austrian), iDeal, and Przelewy24 (P24) as payment for all of our items.
Which shipping methods or carriers do you use to deliver items?
We ship all orders using Hongkong Post, which offers reliable local and international delivery services. Depending on your destination and selected shipping option, your parcel may be sent via registered air mail, Speedpost, or other services provided by Hongkong Post.
Which countries do you deliver to internationally?
Our international delivery options depend on whether a shipping method is available for your selected destination. At checkout, you’ll be able to see if shipping is supported based on your address. If no shipping options are shown, it means we’re currently unable to deliver to that location.
